I found on newer versions of XP that you can type in inetcpl.cpl in the Start/Run box and then under the General Tab click Browsing History/ Settings and there is a button given to “View Objects” and “View Files”

There is one flaw in the TI3VOM plate idea. I don’t have a plate on the front of the car. :}
I read on a Viper forum that it’s possible to change the fog lamps so they can stay on when the highbeams are on, if you want, and that blinding light even in the day would make people notice you coming up fast.
