Ha, made you look. the P90X program for these weeks is on hiatus.
Why you may ask. The first reason was a long driving trip to Utah. I drove about 1600 miles in one weekend. There was just too much going on to be doing the workouts. The driving, racing and scenery was awesome.
Day 15
One part, a big part, is being able to follow the nutrition plan for the workout. I don’t know if I am not recording things right or don’t know my portions, but I seem to be under eating every day so far. I have am not someone that eats a lot in one [...]

I was thinking of getting personalized plates for the Viper.
I was thinking stuff like “SNAZZY” and “FLYBYU”, they just weren’t me. Plus I don’t want a plate that screams “Give me a ticket” when I am driving a bright red car that is already screaming “Give me a ticket”. I wouldn’t want to [...]
I had this information in a forum thread where it made a little more sense than in a Blog posting. Seeing how I’m moving all of the old forum stuff to a blog, I might as well include the info. It’s funny anyway.
1/12/2008 I thought for the first posting that I would place my [...]
I have decided that I needed to update my site.
I had been running PHPNuke and various versions for a long time and just decided that I really didn’t need all of the bells and whistles provided. I did need the ability to make the site more SEO and mobile phone ready. Plus a little [...]
