I have decided that I needed to update my site.
I had been running PHPNuke and various versions for a long time and just decided that I really didn’t need all of the bells and whistles provided. I did need the ability to make the site more SEO and mobile phone ready. Plus a little bit more secure, as PHPNuke is really no longer updated or in development.
I found that I was the only one using the old site as it was not easily searchable. I had a lot of really great content, and it was all just in the forums. Because it’s just me and there isn’t a large following of people, I don’t really need a portal per-se, but a Blog would better fulfill my needs.
The posts that follow are all of the items from the forums I felt that I should keep around.
I hope this format works better for me moving forward.
